kaintuck: show the stats chrome only in port

Context

The StatusBar stats chrome (cash, debt, cargo, crew/health) rendered on every in-game screen, stealing vertical space and distracting during minigames, set pieces, banter, and the Trace.

Change

Gate StatusBar on a new Mode::is_port() helper so it shows only at the town/market hubs — Pittsburgh, the river towns, the market, the moneylender, and Natchez. Everything else (set pieces like the Falls / Grand Tower / Cave-in-Rock, the Trace, banter/interactions, minigames, game-over) now runs chrome-free.

• cargo check -p kaintuck — clean
• cargo test -p kaintuck — 51 passed (golden trace stable)
